The unique Muelle Uno project is to occupy an area of 56.312 m2 in the Port of Málaga from where its name derives.
It will be a prestigious business area that forges links with local companies involved in the food, culture and leisure industries to give the area of la Malagueta, in particular, and the whole city in general a new horizon and shape.
Muelle Uno will be located close to one of the most exclusive residential areas in the city, La Malagueta, taking its name from the same district, where the Plaza de Toros of Málaga and one of the top gastronomical quarters of the city, with its countless quality restaurants, are found. A stone’s throw from Málaga Old Town and from the best beach in the city, also named Playa de La Malagueta (La Malagueta Beach), they complement a complex whose enormous attractiveness will now be augmented with the birth of the Muelle Uno Project.
The “Sea Shopping” concept, under which this project is being developed, is unlike any other shopping centre in that it clearly expresses one of the big advantages of Muelle Uno: the pleasure of shopping by the sea.
With its superb orientation, the project offers the most beautiful views of some of the most distinctive monuments in the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and the magnificent Farola, or ‘lighthouse’, of Málaga itself, which deserves special mention for its nocturnal illumination.
Its two car parks offer more than 1,050 spaces, assuring the convenience of visitors who arrive by car.
The design of the project is especially characterised by the huge care taken with its integration into the environment, the aim being to offer everyone a natural and accessible leisure and shopping area.
