One more year, the Mobile Unit of the Blood Transfusion Centre of Malaga will accompany us with a beautiful task: that together we manage to increase the blood reserves of the hospitals of Malaga. Blood donations can be made every Wednesday during the summer from 18h to 21:30h in the square in front of Soloptical.

We tell you how to donate!

– The first thing you should know is that donations will be made on a first come first served basis in shifts of 5 people every 20 minutes.

– To be able to donate, you must be between 18 and 65 years old, weigh more than 50 kilos and, in general, be in good health.

– It is not necessary to donate on an empty stomach. You can have eaten and donate afterwards without any problem.

– Women can donate up to 3 times a year. Men 4.

– By law and for safety reasons, a medical questionnaire must be completed. This is done to detect any possible risk factors.
