This Noche en Blanco, from 20:00 to 01:00 h, Muelle Uno becomes the stage for the unexpected. As every year, culture comes together by the sea at La Noche en Blanco in Malaga. This edition will be unique. It will be Inédito.

 

Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the death of Rafael Pérez Estrada, the whole city pays tribute to one of the most singular figures of Malaga’s creation: lawyer, poet, painter and eternal lover of the sea.

 

And from Muelle Uno we could not be less: “It was night and I met the poet. He was shivering with unpublished”.

 

Inspired by this poem, we have created a large-format audiovisual installation that combines light, sound, movement and poetry. A unique show, designed for those who believe in the power of imagination. An immersive structure that mixes animated images of his graphic work and his most famous poems. All this, accompanied by live electronic music, mixed by video DJs who will bring rhythm, light and emotion to the heart of the port.

 

Because if there is a place where words can be transformed into light, it is Muelle Uno. And if there is an author capable of continuing to illuminate us from the brief, it is Rafael Pérez Estrada.

 

On the night of 10 May, facing the sea, under the light of the cube, the Farola and the stars, we await you in an evening designed to delight the senses.
