Cocktails and Japanese-Peruvian cuisine at Cobalto15!

One of our favourite plans is to enjoy a good sunset and the summer night breeze on our terraces. And to top it off, we recommend Cobalto15 at Muelle Uno.

Our beloved cocktail bar just a few metres from the lamppost has become one of the most valued plans by many due to its views of Malaga and the spectacular taste of its cocktails.
And, as they know how to make cocktails, but they know even more about making visitors enjoy themselves, they have added a super tasty menu to accompany their drinks: Nikkei cuisine!

This cuisine is a type of gastronomy that combines Peruvian and Japanese flavours and now, you can enjoy them to give your palate that little treat from the hand of Antonio Jiménez, a chef who is passionate about Asian flavours.
Antonio has an extensive background in this gastronomy and has recently joined the Cobalto15 team to offer a terrace where you can enjoy cocktails accompanied by various dishes of fine and attractive cuisine that plays with acidic, spicy and sweet flavours.

Prawn salad with kimchi, sea bream ceviche, Japanese beef sirloin carpaccio or Nikkei red mullet with aguachile and aji amarillo are some of the dishes selected for the menu.

In addition, Ángel Vita, who leads the cocktail team at Muelle Uno and has been part of Cobalto15 for six years, told Diario Sur that they have always sought a different menu, with cocktails that have a minimum of two elaborations and with a dedicated presentation.

So, if you are looking for a unique experience in Muelle Uno, Cobalto 15 is the place where the flavours of other cuisines and cocktails merge to offer you a perfect plan for any day of the week.
See you at the foot of the Farola!
